Emily Wizner is the Activities Director at Lakeland Union High School, where she has spent the past six years supporting students and athletic programs with her passion and expertise. A former high school and collegiate student-athlete with experience in college athletics, Emily brings a unique perspective to her role. At Lakeland Union, she and her team utilize Hometown for their fundraising efforts, making it easy and convenient for families and students.
How you use Hometown?
Emily and her team use Hometown for their fundraising efforts, making it easier for families and students to contribute and stay engaged. Using Schoolfundr, Lakeland Union High School students raised over $10,000 for a once-in-a-lifetime educational experience to Germany.
What is your favorite Hometown feature?
Emily loves how convenient and user-friendly the platform is, saying, “It’s so convenient for our families and students to use.”

When she’s not supporting students and programs, Emily loves spending time with her husband and their two sons, Wally and Judd!
