Can I Receive a Refund?

HomeTown partners with your school, and every school has a specific refund policy. Since it is their event and their ticket funds, we cannot refund without their permission. Please reach out to the school or the event organizer for the event you attended, and if we receive confirmation and permission from them to issue a refund, we will do so.
