How Do I Redeem My Tickets?
Option 1 – Print Tickets at Home
- Access your email from a computer
- Open and download the PDF attachment
- Print out the tickets
- Bring the printed ticket to the event to be scanned at the event host
- Enjoy the event!
Option 2 – Mobile Tickets sent to your Email
- Access your email on your mobile device
- Open the purchase confirmation email
- Download and open the attached PDF tickets
- Show device to ticket scanner with QR Code prominently displayed
- Scroll through multiple PDF tickets to scan multiple tickets
- Enjoy the event!
Option 3 – Mobile Tickets using the Fan App
- Open the HomeTown Ticketing Fan App
- Select Tickets from the bottom toolbar
- Select My Tickets or My Passes at the top depending on what type of ticket was purchased
- Select the event you wish to attend
- Show device to ticket scanner with QR Code prominently displayed
- Scroll through to scan multiple tickets
- Enjoy the event!
