Unable to Add Phone Number to Profile

When attempting to add a phone number to a profile, you’re getting a error message that says “That phone number is taken, Please try another.”

To Reassociate A Phone Number from a Profile 

1.  Click Cancel

2.  Select .

3.  Click Log Out.

4.  Log in with the profile associated to the phone number.

5.  Select .

6.  Click Manage Account.

7.  Click the drop down arrow next to the phone number you want to associate to the other account.

8.  Click Remove phone number.

9.  Reattempt to add the phone number to the original profile.
